CNC Polymechanic (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Independent setup and operation of modern CNC turning, milling and turning-milling machining centres
- Manufacture of highly precise components and demanding small series according to technical drawings and manufacturing documents
- Responsibility for timely and high-quality production
- Carrying out dimensional and quality checks according to inspection plans
- Ensuring a stable and economical manufacturing process
- Performing maintenance and repair work on production equipment
- Ensuring the technical readiness of machines
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes (CIP)
- Support in the introduction of new products and manufacturing methods
- Responsibility for order and cleanliness in the work area according to 6S standards
Your Profile
- Completed training as a production mechanic, polymechanic or comparable technical basic training
- Several years of experience in CNC manufacturing
- Experience in independently setting up and operating CNC machining centres
- Confident reading and interpreting of technical drawings
- Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment
- Precise, quality-conscious and careful working style
- High initiative as well as independent and reliable working style
- Teamwork skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
