What you achieve

• Independent management of a portfolio of commercial and residential properties (with support from an assistant)
• Apartment inspections and handovers
• Oral and written contact with tenants, contractors, and authorities
• Ensuring maintenance as well as participation in renovation and renewal projects
• Periodic condition assessments of the properties and preparation of condition reports
• Preparation and monitoring of budget and multi-year planning

What you bring

• Completed basic training and further education as a property manager with a federal professional certificate
• Several years of professional experience in managing commercial and residential properties
• Category B driving licence and own car required
• Confident MS Office skills, ideally application knowledge of Garaio REM
• Service- and customer-oriented personality with an independent and proactive working style
