About the job
Your future starts here
You actively shape the configuration and operation of Allegro, our central B2B order management system in the telecommunications environment, and coordinate the connection to the relevant surrounding systems. As a Service Engineer, you gather professional requirements, analyse them, and translate them into concrete configuration requirements.
At the same time, you accompany the introduction of ServiceNow within the framework of the Mercury strategy, thereby supporting the modernisation and standardisation of our IT and operational processes.

Quality, responsibility, and clear communication are central to us. You can expect a well-coordinated, helpful team with strong cohesion.
- You take on the solution responsibility for Allegro in the configuration context, specify overarching requirements, and assess their impact on configurations and interfaces
- You coordinate the configuration with the responsible configurators, test the implementation in the relevant environments, and automate recurring configuration tasks
- You work closely with product owners in refinements and develop the corresponding solution designs
- You document processes, configurations, and architectural decisions and support the introduction and development of ServiceNow within the Mercury strategy

- Experience in testing configuration changes across various environments
- Initial ServiceNow experience as well as knowledge of Jira, Confluence or comparable tools is an advantage
