The interdisciplinary emergency department at the Sursee location stands for competent, patient-oriented and interprofessional emergency care - around the clock. Thanks to a central triage and the treatment pathways Fast Track and Core Emergency, patients of all urgency levels benefit from efficient and needs-based care at a high quality level. More than 20,000 patients of all urgency levels are treated per year, 24 hours a day / 365 days a year. We are looking to strengthen our team from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• With professional competence and empathy, you ensure high-quality care for emergency patients together with your team and provide orientation for their relatives
• In your area of responsibility, you work in an interesting and varied therapeutic field of all medical and surgical specialties
• You make an important contribution to high-quality patient care and actively support students in their professional and career development.

Your experience

• You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF/FH as well as the qualification as a certified Emergency Care Specialist NDS HF
• You treat people with respect, communicate clearly and create a positive working atmosphere through your team-oriented way of working
• Thanks to your networked thinking, you act proactively and master demanding situations responsibly and solution-oriented

Your prospects

• For the benefit of our patients, we work around the clock - for this you receive generous shift allowances. In the night shift you also receive CHF 20.00 per hour as well as a time credit of 16 minutes per hour.
