Tasks

• You provide individual and resource-oriented care and support to residents within the key worker system.
• You are responsible for the care and support process and take on daily responsibility.
• You maintain care and support documentation, plan care measures based on the nursing process, and contribute your expertise and experience in long-term care.
• You engage in work with relatives and actively participate in team meetings, projects, and working groups.
• You help shape and develop the care and support area.

Profile

• Empathetic personality with a strong focus on people
• Enthusiasm for independent work combined with team spirit and commitment
• Completed training as a nursing specialist (HF/FH/DNII) with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written, as well as outstanding communication abilities
• Strong sense of responsibility, ability to think holistically, and high resilience

Salaries for nursing and therapeutic professions have been increased to strengthen these professional groups. The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 85,228 to CHF 113,882 (100%) depending on experience.
