Responsibilities:
Responsibility for the conception and lifecycle of interactive information solutions within the existing BI landscape.
Development of innovative data services for forecasting, simulation and predictive analytics as well as joint development of concrete application scenarios with the specialist departments.
Ensuring stable platform operation including technical optimisation, maintenance and expansion of the local analytics infrastructure.
Embedding modern methods for data-driven decision-making, machine learning and AI within the analytics team.
Capturing professional requirements, translating them into analytical solution designs and targeted expansion of data competence among various user groups.
Qualifications:
University degree in computer science, business IT, data analytics or an equivalent further education.
Proven expertise in creating complex Qlik Sense applications and experience with enterprise BI platforms in on-premises operation.
Practical competence in statistical modelling, machine learning and Python-based data science solutions.
Confident understanding of data pipelines, relational information structures and database systems; knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, Talend and SAP S/4HANA is advantageous.
Experience in cross-departmental organisational structures as well as a strong ability to prepare technical insights appropriately for the target audience; solution-oriented, reliable personality with very good German and ideally English.
