Role:
In this role, you will take on a development-capable position in finance and accounting within a dynamic corporate group. You are responsible for the reliable representation of financial processes and contribute your professional expertise to sound decision-making foundations in controlling. You actively shape workflows, bring in your hands-on mentality, and foster an open culture of addressing each other informally. Responsibilities:
- You manage the general and subsidiary ledgers of several companies, including VAT accounting for Switzerland and Germany.
- In this role, you prepare annual financial statements according to applicable accounting standards.
- You actively participate in ERP and digitalisation projects and contribute your expertise.
- In this role, you support your supervisor in administrative and commercial tasks.
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a commercial clerk with further education in finance and accounting (e.g. federal specialist certificate)
- Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting as well as willingness to continuously expand your expertise
- Affinity for modern IT and ideally knowledge of Abacus
- Committed, solution-oriented, and flexible personality with enjoyment of teamwork and open communication
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Enjoyment of variety, new challenges, and actively shaping your development and advancement opportunities
