For our Finance & Services department, we are looking for an experienced and flexiblePayroll Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)
Your tasks include:
- Preparation of monthly payroll runs including payment and settlement with social insurance carriers
- Administration and settlement in cases of accidents, illness, maternity/paternity, family allowances as well as AHV registrations
- Preparation of year-end settlements
- Development and preparation of statistics and key figures from the payroll programme
- Quarterly and annual closing tasks including social insurance declarations
- Preparation of holiday and overtime accruals
- Maintaining contact with institutions and authorities
- Data maintenance in the personnel system Infoniqa/Sage2000
- Participation in time recording (plus-time)
- Participation in HR projects and optimisation of HR processes
- General administrative support of the HR department
- Deputising for the HR team and the telephone switchboard/reception clerk
Our requirements are:
- Completed commercial basic training with further education as a Payroll Expert, HR specialist, social insurance specialist or a comparable qualification
- Several years of solid professional experience in independent payroll processing
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system
- Extensive expertise in occupational pension schemes (BVG/pension fund) as well as a good understanding of financial contexts, reconciliation and closing tasks
- Independent, responsible and precise way of working
- Excellent communication and advisory skills
- Strong team spirit and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
- High IT affinity as well as enthusiasm for system-related issues, testing and the continuous optimisation and digitalisation of payroll processes
