Renewable Energy Project Manager (m/f) 80-100%
Profile
- HES or EPF engineering degree, with a minimum of 3 years experience in project management and interaction with strategic partners and clients.
- Experience in leading projects as a Client Representative in the field of thermics, as well as the ability to promote high value-added projects to clients and potential partners.
- Leadership skills to manage all aspects of the project, both technical and contractual and financial.
- Good negotiator, with strong analytical and synthesis skills, and easy communication both orally and in writing.
- Ability to work in a team while managing projects autonomously.
- Motivation to engage in projects contributing to climate objectives.
- Native French speaker, proficiency in German is an asset.
Responsibilities
- Support market prospecting and the development of innovative solutions.
- Qualify potential projects and take responsibility for preparing offers, including responses to tenders involving various technologies.
- Request necessary specialists to consolidate decision-making and project definition elements.
- Assume, as Client Representative, responsibility for all project stages: studies, quotes, obtaining legal authorisations, establishing detailed financial plans, calls for tenders, obtaining investment credit, execution and commissioning.
- Participate in presenting the solution and financial offer to the client, prepare and negotiate contracts until signature.
- Ensure project completion and coordinate engaged companies until the acceptance of completed works.
