You ensure the availability of required materials by coordinating with suppliers and internal departments.
For selected product areas, you manage the assortment and item administration.
Procurement processes are handled according to applicable guidelines, including participation in public tenders.
In SAP S/4HANA, you update relevant item information and disposition data.
You analyse purchasing data and prepare reports on procurement and material inventory.
Upon delivery, you check the received goods and record stock movements in the system.
As needed, you support picking and internal material distribution.
Within the agreed on-call service, you handle logistics-related concerns outside regular operations.
Qualifications:
A completed apprenticeship in commercial or logistics fields forms your professional foundation.
Further training in purchasing or procurement complements your basic education.
You have solid knowledge of SAP MM and SD within SAP S/4HANA.
You work confidently with spreadsheets, analyses, and documents in MS Office.
Analytical thinking and a comprehensible, careful working style distinguish you.
You formulate reports and technical documents clearly and appropriately for the audience.
You hold a category B driving licence and act flexibly, reliably, and solution-oriented.
Very good German skills and ideally spoken French skills are required or preferred.
