Role:
On behalf of the client, we are looking for a professional as a Draftsperson EFZ Civil Engineering / Civil Works for the drafting and constructive processing of versatile infrastructure projects. You will create project, execution, and detail plans for projects in road, utility, and water construction as well as in flood protection and accompany the projects from planning to realisation. You will work closely with civil engineers and project managers and implement technical solutions precisely in CAD plan documents. Depending on professional experience, there is the possibility to gradually take on additional tasks in project planning and technical project processing.
Responsibilities:
Creation and processing of project, execution, and detail plans for civil engineering and infrastructure projects
Drafting of projects in road, utility, and development construction
Preparation of plan documents for water construction and flood protection projects
Design and updating of site plans, longitudinal profiles, cross profiles, and technical detail plans
Processing and coordination of utility plans for supply and disposal infrastructures
Creation and maintenance of plan documents using Cadwork or comparable CAD software
Support of project managers and civil engineers in project planning, variant processing, and execution planning
Preparation of basic, inventory, and survey data for further project processing
Coordination and integration of plan information from specialist planning, surveying, authorities, and utility owners
Conducting plan revisions and plan checks as well as ensuring a structured plan filing system
Support in the preparation of tender and project documentation
Ensuring professional plan processing according to relevant SIA and VSS standards as well as project-specific requirements
Qualifications:
Completed apprenticeship as a Draftsperson EFZ specialising in Civil Engineering or equivalent construction-technical training
Expertise in civil and infrastructure engineering, ideally in road, utility, or water construction
Good user knowledge of CAD, preferably Cadwork
Knowledge in creating site plans, longitudinal and cross profiles, and execution details
Experience handling surveying, terrain, and utility data is an advantage
Basic knowledge of relevant SIA and VSS standards
Good German language skills for technical project processing
