Sous Chef Catering Service (M/F/D)

We are looking for a future Sous Chef who really delivers!

Are you as comfortable behind the stove as you are leading
a team?

Responsibilities

As a Sous Chef, you are a pillar of
the brigade.
Specifically, you will:

Manage the kitchen heat

Organise daily production

Ensure dishes are top quality, beautiful,
tasty and consistent

Keep timing like a pro

Be a true leader

Supervise, motivate and help
your team grow

Create a close-knit and efficient brigade atmosphere

Lead by example on the floor
(not just on paper)

Master the behind-the-scenes operations

Manage orders and stock
without waste

Keep an eye on costs

Strictly enforce HACCP standards

Fully engage in event catering

Participate in banquets,
events and bespoke services

Deliver services where every
detail matters

Guarantee a top client experience
from the first dish to the final presentation

Profile

You have culinary training (CFC or equivalent)
You already have experience (Chef, Sous Chef or chef
de partie ready to
take the next step)
You know how to manage...
a kitchen and a team
You are organised, quick and keep a cool head under pressure
You are flexible
You are demanding, both with yourself and
the quality of the dishes
HACCP = OK

Driving licence? It’s
a plus
And above all... you speak French very well
