Project Manager Sanitary (HVAC) 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You coordinate and manage all project participants as well as external service providers

• You are responsible for schedule, cost and quality control

• You prepare specifications, review offers and conduct award negotiations

• You supervise the proper execution of sanitary installations on construction sites

• You conduct construction meetings and prepare the corresponding documentation

• You are the contact person for clients, architects and specialist planners

What do I need to be successful?

• Our client requires an experienced project manager with about 8 years of professional experience in the HVAC sector who convinces through professional and confident demeanour

• Ideally, you have completed further training at a higher technical college or university of applied sciences

• You have practical knowledge in working with CAD systems

• You can demonstrate several years of experience in managing HVAC projects

• You possess in-depth knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and codes such as VOB, HOAI and DIN

• You are proficient in handling AVA software and MS Office applications

• You are characterised by a structured, independent working style and strong organisational talent

• You score with assertiveness, communicative strength and teamwork skills

• You hold a category B driving licence
