Responsibilities:
- You support the property managers with all administrative and technical tasks and are independently responsible for file management and contract administration
- You assist in preparing heating and ancillary cost statements and take on other organisational tasks
- You coordinate and monitor tradesmen orders and ensure that the work is carried out efficiently and on time
- You organise viewings, inspections, and handovers of commercial properties and ensure a smooth process
- You prepare rental contracts and addenda, obtain information, and handle written and telephone contact with tenants, tradesmen, and owners
Qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have further training in real estate
- You have several years of experience in property management
- You work precisely and responsibly, are resilient and flexible, and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- You have a structured and efficient working style and approach tasks independently and solution-oriented
- You hold a category B driving licence and are flexible in mobility
- You are a communicative personality and have confident German skills as well as very good English
