Responsibilities:
- Responsible for subprojects or work packages in the field of polymer production
- Close collaboration with product development in the design of injection-moulded parts or ready-to-use products
- Development with internal and external partners of new technologies, processes and equipment
- Analyse and optimise production processes
- Evaluation of new equipment and plant expansions/optimisations
- Creation of process and functional flow descriptions
Qualifications:
- Training as a plastics technologist, toolmaker or comparable qualification with further training in operations or process technology
- Several years of professional experience in the plastics sector or in development
- Willingness to travel
- Good communication skills in English and German
