Property Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF70,000 - 90,000Role:
The company is an established housing cooperative focusing on the provision, management, and development of attractive and affordable housing. With a long-term orientation, high expertise, and a strong focus on quality of life, it creates sustainable living spaces and makes an important contribution to social and urban development.
Responsibilities:
You will manage a diverse property portfolio together with the management team.
You will independently carry out administrative tasks from preparing rental contracts to handling terminations.
As a contact person, you will communicate professionally with tenants, service providers, and authorities.
You will obtain quotes, coordinate craftsmen orders, and monitor their execution.
Additionally, you will ensure a structured document filing system and assist with apartment inspections and handovers.
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education as well as further training as a property management clerk.
You work service-oriented, independently, and reliably, maintaining an overview even in hectic situations.
You are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Very good German skills and team spirit.
