As a Microsoft 365 Consultant, you support customers in the introduction, optimisation, and further development of modern Microsoft 365 solutions. You combine technical expertise, consulting skills, and a good understanding of business processes to implement sustainable digital solutions.
Responsibilities:
Consulting customers on Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot
Analysis, configuration, and further development of Microsoft 365 environments
Conducting customer workshops and presentations
Collaboration with cloud engineers, developers, and security specialists
Support with quotations, projects, and further development of the service offering
Qualifications:
Experience in consulting, project work, or customer advisory
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Copilot)
Independent working style and enjoyment of on-site customer contact
Interest in change management and modern working methods is an advantage
Strong communication and consulting skills with a customer focus
Very good German language skills
