The company is one of the leading providers of technology-based security solutions and supports customers in the planning, implementation, and operation of sophisticated protection and surveillance systems. With high expertise and innovative technologies, it develops customised concepts for a wide range of applications.
Responsibilities:
You ensure the accuracy of all relevant data as part of the monthly payroll and personnel processing.
You are responsible for the correct and timely payroll accounting, including the year-end closing.
You reliably process sickness and accident daily allowances as well as EO and parental allowances.
You prepare withholding tax statements and coordinate the processing with the cantonal authorities.
You actively contribute to projects and process optimisations and further develop payroll procedures.
Qualifications:
You have professional experience in payroll.
You have completed or are currently undergoing further training in the payroll field.
You have very good MS Office skills.
You work precisely, independently, and reliably.
You have very good German language skills.
