Join a fast-growing independent Swiss investment firm as a Senior Relationship Manager and develop your own HNW/UHNW client franchise. Our client is an independent Swiss investment firm combining Wealth Management, Asset Management and specialist investment capabilities.
Operating from Geneva and other international financial centres, the firm has developed a differentiated investment platform combining independent wealth management, open architecture and access to specialist investment solutions.
The Wealth Management business provides discretionary, advisory and portfolio supervision solutions to private clients and families, working alongside established custodian banks.
The organisation combines the infrastructure and investment expertise of an established regulated investment manager with the agility, direct access to decision-makers and entrepreneurial culture of an independent firm.

Missions
- Develop and manage a portfolio of HNW and UHNW private clients.
- Originate new client relationships through an established personal and professional network.
- Drive net new money and contribute directly to the continued expansion of the Wealth Management business.
- Advise clients on portfolio construction, asset allocation and investment solutions according to their objectives and risk profile.
- Deliver tailored discretionary and advisory wealth management solutions within an open-architecture environment.
- Leverage the firm's broader investment capabilities to provide differentiated solutions to sophisticated private clients.
- Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs, families, family offices and other private wealth clients.
- Work closely with Investment Management, Product, Compliance and senior management to deliver high-quality client solutions.
- Contribute actively to the development of new markets and the strategic growth of the Wealth Management franchise.
Profil du candidat
- Senior Relationship Manager / Private Banker with a strong track record in Swiss private banking, wealth management or an independent asset management environment.
- Established network of HNW/UHNW clients and demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships.
- Existing client portfolio / network representing a minimum potential of approximately CHF 50 million in assets.
- Strong hunter mentality with a proven ability to generate net new money and build a client franchise.
- Excellent understanding of investment products, portfolio construction and the expectations of sophisticated private clients.
- Entrepreneurial, commercially driven and comfortable operating with significant autonomy.
- Strong interpersonal skills, credibility and the ability to develop trusted long-term relationships with private clients.
- International mindset and established exposure to one or several relevant client markets.
- Fluent English; additional languages are a strong advantage.
- Based in, or willing to operate from, Geneva.
