Job Description
As part of your duties, you will be responsible for the preparation, organisation, and full monitoring of your renovation and conversion sites, from the preparation phase through to their final completion.
- Prepare sites from a technical, organisational, and financial perspective.
- Analyse plans, execution files, and specificities related to existing buildings.
- Plan the various stages of the work, including personnel, equipment, and material needs.
- Organise the daily progress of the sites and ensure their operational execution.
- Coordinate teams, subcontractors, and various trades.
- Ensure ordering, supply, and availability of necessary materials.
- Anticipate potential constraints related to occupancy, operation, or structure of existing buildings.
- Implement and monitor procedures related to quality, safety, and the environment.
- Control the progress of the work as well as compliance with deadlines, costs, and technical requirements.
- Ensure financial monitoring of the sites.
- Prepare offers, supplementary offers, and measurements of completed work.
- Participate in invoicing and control of executed services.
- Attend site meetings and follow up on decisions made.
- Maintain a professional quality relationship with clients, site management, representatives, and project partners.
Profile Sought
- You hold a recognised qualification as a site manager.
- You have at least five years of proven experience in site management in Switzerland.
- You have practical experience in renovation and conversion.
- You are proficient with common IT tools as well as the BauBit software.
- You are comfortable with the technical, administrative, and financial monitoring of sites.
- You are proactive, autonomous, organised, and possess a strong sense of responsibility.
- You enjoy teamwork and can communicate effectively with the various stakeholders on a site.
- You are capable of managing multiple priorities in a demanding and constantly evolving environment.
