Role:
Our client is a Swiss precision manufacturer of technically demanding components and assemblies. You are responsible for the 3D coordinate measuring technology, develop reliable testing strategies and support production in consistently maintaining the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Program and set up 3D coordinate measuring machines
Develop and optimise measuring programmes and testing strategies
Carry out initial sampling as well as series and special inspections
Analyse measurement data and prepare inspection reports
Evaluate process capabilities and optimise measuring methods
Support production with quality issues and train employees
Qualifications:
Technical basic training, e.g. as a polymechanic with a federal certificate of competence (Eidg. Fähigkeitszeugnis, EFZ)
Extensive experience in 3D coordinate measuring technology
Very good knowledge of CMM programming
Confident in reading CAD data and technical drawings
Knowledge of ISO GPS / GD&T as well as measurement and calibration standards
Further training in AUKOM and very good German language skills
