Responsibilities:
Install, operate, and maintain workplace, server, cloud, LAN, and firewall infrastructures.
Build and administer Active Directory, central services, as well as backup and recovery solutions.
Analyse hardware and software faults and undertake helpdesk, maintenance, and support tasks.
Technically implement Microsoft 365 projects and continuously develop existing cloud solutions.
Plan, execute, and monitor IT infrastructure projects independently, including budget control and billing responsibility.
Qualifications:
Completed training as an IT specialist in system technology or comparable qualification.
Experience with Microsoft client, server, and network infrastructures as well as helpdesk and technical support.
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, network, firewall, as well as backup and recovery technologies.
Customer-oriented and communicative working style, willingness for professional development and technical certification.
Fluent German, good English skills, and driving licence category B.
