For an established institution in the field of long-term care and support in the canton of Zurich, we are looking for a committed and experienced individual as Residential Area Manager 80-100% from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement.
In this responsible role, you will take on the professional and personnel management of a residential area and, together with your team, ensure professional, individual and high-quality care and support for the residents.

Your Tasks
- Professional and personnel management of the employees in the residential area
- Ensuring and further developing care processes and care quality
- Coordination and organisation of daily care and support
- Leadership, motivation and support of the care team in everyday work
- Ensuring smooth information flow between residents, relatives and the interdisciplinary team
- Implementation of existing care concepts and quality standards
- Active participation in daily care and role model function within the team
Our Requirements
- Training as a qualified nurse HF/FH or equivalent SRK recognition
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a comparable role
- Completed leadership training or willingness to undertake appropriate further training
- Experience in long-term care, ideally also in caring for people with dementia
- Good knowledge in the area of RAI
- Economic and responsible thinking and acting
- Good IT user skills
- Enjoyment in leading and developing a team
- High social competence, organisational skills and appreciative communication
