Planning, implementation, and technical management of complex ICT projects for national and international corporate clients
Design, implementation, and further development of powerful IT, network, and communication solutions including analysis of existing environments
Technical advice and consulting on solution architectures, feasibility analyses, proof of concepts as well as support with quotations and pre-sales activities
Analysis and resolution of complex technical faults in 2nd and 3rd level support as well as ensuring reliable operation of the supported client environments
Evaluation and introduction of new technologies as well as active participation in the further development of ICT services, standards, and technical solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
Qualifications:
Completed training in the IT field with further education at HF, FH, or university level in computer science, business informatics or a comparable discipline
Several years of experience as a system engineer, solution engineer, or IT consultant in a technically demanding and customer-oriented environment
Solid practical experience with IT infrastructures, networks, security, cloud and SaaS solutions, virtualisation, UCC as well as session border controllers
Strong consulting skills, analytical thinking, and a structured, independent working style as well as experience in the implementation of complex ICT projects
Very good German skills and good English skills as well as high customer orientation, communication skills, and enjoyment in collaborating with specialist departments, clients, and technology partners
