Networks are the backbone of every modern IT. As a Network Engineer (Routing & Switching), you design complex network architectures from the initial idea to stable operation. Routing, switching, and firewalling with Cisco and Fortinet are part of your daily craft. You can expect a team that values technical depth and gives you room for your own solutions.
Responsibilities:
You design, conceive, and implement sophisticated network architectures.
You plan, expand, and maintain existing network infrastructures.
Furthermore, you develop technical solution, implementation, and operation concepts.
You lead network projects or contribute as a specialist.
Additionally, you participate in a cyber security committee and in forward-looking product teams.
You also analyse faults and ensure high system availability.
Qualifications:
You are passionate about network and communication technology.
You are proficient in switching, routing, and firewalling.
You have solid knowledge of the Cisco and Fortinet product range.
Connected thinking and independent action characterise you.
Moreover, you enjoy working in a team and sharing your knowledge.
You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written, and hold a category B driving licence.
