We are looking for an ECM/DMS Consultant for an exclusive and highly qualified consulting firm currently with five experts who support companies in digitalisation and process optimisation. The goal is to build long-term customer relationships, identify strategic potentials, and implement sustainable solutions. They grow deliberately to ensure quality and exclusivity.

Your Tasks

Independent consulting and implementation of ECM/DMS projects
Conducting requirements engineering, process analysis, and conception
Project management from requirements gathering to implementation
Configuration and optimisation of ECM/DMS systems
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
Strategic consulting and active further development of customer environments

Our Requirements

Several years of experience in consulting, ideally in the ECM/DMS, ERP, or CRM environment
Experience with project management, requirements management, and system configuration
Entrepreneurial mindset – you want not only to advise but also to help shape and benefit
Independent, proactive, and results-oriented working style
Ability to support customers long-term and identify new business potentials
Drive and motivation to be successful and take responsibility
