Maisonneuve is committed to rehabilitation alongside individuals weakened by an accident, illness, or the effects of time, offering each person personalised, respectful, and demanding support at every stage of their care journey.
To fulfil this mission, Maisonneuve has established an "ecosystem" enabling the care of patients in inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient rehabilitation, and support at home.
We operate through three main structures:
- La Clinique Châtelaine for patients following acute care, specialising in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, internal medicine, oncology, and geriatrics.
- CARE Charmilles, an outpatient rehabilitation centre.
- Maisonneuve at Home, intended for patients from La Clinique Châtelaine, to ensure care upon their discharge.
In 2026, two new facilities opened their doors in Belle-Terre, Thônex, comprising an inpatient clinic, Clinique Belle-Terre, and an outpatient rehabilitation centre, CARE Belle-Terre.
To strengthen our Human Resources team, we are looking for a:
Outpatient Therapy Managers
Your mission
As Outpatient Therapy Manager – CARE Charmilles, you ensure the smooth operation and development of outpatient therapeutic activities, guaranteeing efficient, high-quality, and patient-centred care, jointly with the CARE Manager and under their supervision. You ensure compliance with rehabilitation standards, therapy policies, Maisonneuve protocols, and legal requirements.
You supervise and support the therapy teams, coordinate activities, and oversee processes to guarantee the quality and continuity of services. Through your clinical expertise, leadership, and organisational skills, you contribute to the development of CARE Charmilles, both therapeutically and in partnership.
You also manage the physiotherapists’ activities, ensuring optimal scheduling, anticipating activity fluctuations, and implementing appropriate actions in case of under-activity, in collaboration with the CARE Charmilles Manager.
Team management and development
You lead and support teams in a dynamic of collaboration, skills development, and continuous improvement. You participate in recruitment, integration, and monitoring of staff, notably through setting objectives and conducting performance reviews.
You help maintain a calm working environment, prevent and manage conflicts, and ensure smooth communication within the team and with various stakeholders.
Quality and patient care
You are responsible for the quality and consistency of outpatient therapeutic services, respecting rehabilitation standards, scientific recommendations, and best professional practices.
You maintain a significant clinical physiotherapy activity, allowing you to retain your expertise, support teams on the ground, and promote exemplary and up-to-date practice.
You ensure quality communication with patients and their relatives, their satisfaction, and the safety of care. You guarantee proper patient record keeping and continuity of follow-up, especially in communication with prescribing physicians.
You also ensure compliance with hygiene standards, internal procedures, and applicable legal requirements.
Organisation and activity management
You participate in service management in collaboration with the CARE CH Manager and the Therapy Director. You lead and participate in meetings, promote interdisciplinary collaboration, and ensure effective communication with medical teams, other services, and external partners.
You ensure activity optimisation and good scheduling. You analyse occupancy rates, anticipate activity variations, and propose necessary actions to meet objectives set by CARE Management.
You also identify needs for equipment, maintenance, consumables, and investments and communicate them to the relevant managers, respecting allocated budgets.
Training and skills development
You identify the team’s training needs and contribute to the annual training plan with the Therapy Director and CARE CH Manager.
You encourage skills development, knowledge sharing, and updating practices. You participate in organising training and ensure the reception and supervision of students and trainees, in collaboration with training practitioners.
You also ensure the maintenance and development of your own professional skills.
Development and projects
You contribute to the development of CARE Charmilles by participating in the deployment of projects approved by Management and by being proactive in evolving therapeutic activities.
You develop partnerships with network actors, notably prescribing physicians and institutional partners.
You also participate in the evolution of clinical practices, interdisciplinary collaborations, and therapeutic projects, aiming to continuously improve service quality and patient experience.
Your profile
- Physiotherapy diploma recognised in Switzerland.
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a practising clinician with the ability/willingness to continue clinical care for a large proportion of working time.
- Initial experience in management or team responsibility is a significant asset.
- Ability to manage priorities and make decisions in a changing environment.
- Natural leadership, ability to unite a team and support staff development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in interdisciplinary collaboration.
- Service orientation, patient focus, and ability to maintain quality relationships with prescribing physicians and partners.
- Rigor, autonomy, initiative, and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with common IT tools and ease in using management tools.
