Responsibilities

• Ensure impeccable quality service to our clients, adhering to the establishment's standards
• Take orders and advise clients on dishes and beverages
• Guarantee customer satisfaction throughout their experience
• Oversee the setup and cleanliness of the dining area before, during, and after service
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
• Be capable of managing a section independently

Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of Italian gastronomy
• Proven experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress in a high-end restaurant
• Outstanding customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Good command of French; knowledge of other languages (Italian, English) is an asset
• Team spirit, dynamism, and a positive attitude
