Responsibilities:
You are responsible for operation, maintenance and lifecycle management of the server hardware
In the Windows and Linux environment you install and operate application servers
As a contact person, you support the server infrastructure of the logistics systems and coordinate internal as well as external partners
With PowerShell and Bash you automate processes and support migrations, patching and system hardening
In 3rd level support you analyse faults and ensure stable operation
Qualifications:
Training as an IT specialist EFZ platform development or equivalent, ideally with HF/FH further education
Several years of experience as a system engineer with a focus on Windows, Linux knowledge is an advantage
Good knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, DNS/DHCP, Ansible, Docker, VMware/Hyper-V and storage/backup
Very good knowledge of PowerShell and Bash as well as experience with business-critical applications
Fluent written and spoken German, good English skills and willingness for on-call duty
