Role:
In this role, you take on the professional responsibility for smart metering systems and ensure reliable, secure and efficient operation of these solutions. You analyse and optimise measurement data processes, coordinate technical adjustments and ensure smooth integration into existing system landscapes. In addition, you design and implement system extensions, test new functions and accompany their introduction into productive operation. You work closely with internal and external contacts, advise them on smart metering topics and thus actively contribute to the further development of modern energy market processes. With your technical know-how and structured working method, you make a significant contribution to the professional support and continuous improvement of the smart metering infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- You start with a focus on first-level support and gradually develop into a system specialist for smart metering solutions.
- You actively, competently and sustainably support our existing customers and their smart metering systems.
- In this role, you specialise in our Metering Data Management solutions and specifically expand your technical expertise.
- You participate in demanding customer projects and contribute your system and process understanding.
- You clarify customer requirements technically and according to needs, specify them precisely and accompany their implementation.
- You configure our software solutions and support sales with technical questions and offers.
Qualifications:
- Completed training in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable field
- Advantageous: Further education in computer science, business informatics or electrical engineering at a university of applied sciences or higher technical school
- Confident understanding of IT systems and technical contexts
- Analytical, solution-oriented and networked thinking as well as independent and responsible working style
- High service and customer orientation combined with resilience and initiative
- Communicative, open and engaging personality with interest in the energy market or energy economic processes
