We are looking for you as a 100% Commercial Employee at our Sion site. The fixed-term contract is planned for a minimum duration of one year and will be managed by Adecco.

Your role

Within our team, you ensure the administrative management and follow-up of client contracts, from creating business opportunities in Salesforce to processing contractual changes in SAP, while guaranteeing quality customer service.

Your concrete contribution

• Creation of opportunities in the CRM (Salesforce) for salespeople
• Verification and processing of contractual changes requested by clients in our ERP (SAP)
• Verification of the quality of order documents (new contracts and existing contracts)
• Modification of invoices during contractual changes, in collaboration with our quality centre
• Contact person for clients (by phone and in writing)

Your added value

• Commercial employee CFC
• Native French or German speaker, with excellent command of the other language required (bilingual level).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel); knowledge of SAP and Salesforce appreciated.
• Warm, flexible and solution-oriented personality, comfortable in a dynamic environment requiring versatility and responsiveness.
• Precise, customer-oriented and reliable working method
• Highly developed team spirit
• For foreign nationals: valid residence permit essential.
• Available immediately for at least 1 year
