Job Description
- You manage the operational aspects of bookkeeping (execution and control of routine accounting operations, preparation of VAT returns, intercompany analytical and financial recharging)
- You carry out the monthly closing and consolidation process (checking accounting entries: provisions, depreciations, accruals)
- You manage the supplier payment process (ensuring correct execution of payments and proper analytical and financial allocation, weekly cash flow monitoring)
- You work closely with the billing team (service invoicing, collections, reminders)
- You participate in the internal control system (compliance with regulatory framework, proper use and conformity of accounting tools)
Profile Sought
- Holder of a federal diploma in accounting or an equivalent qualification (Bachelor)
- At least 5 years’ experience as a qualified accountant (financial and analytical accounting)
- Strong ability to visualise accounting entries in a multi-company management context
- Autonomy, accuracy, reliability and discretion
- Available immediately for a temporary assignment with the prospect of a permanent position if the candidate has good German knowledge (min. B2)
