- Broad legal support in the operationally active Construction Department
- Management of objection procedures, support of appeal procedures
- Collaboration in the Procurement Competence Centre
- Review and drafting of government council decisions
- Participation in the enactment and amendment of laws and regulations
- Participation in project teams for cantonal construction projects
- Deputising for the Department Secretary
What distinguishes you
- Licentiate or Master’s degree in law, preferably with a lawyer’s licence or further additional training
- Professional experience in public law, especially in construction, tendering, administrative and expropriation law as well as contract and property law
- Very good written and oral communication skills
- Negotiation skills, assertiveness and resilience
- Networked, analytical and entrepreneurial thinking as well as a flair for construction
- Independent, precise and efficient working style
