Your Tasks

• You create requirements for our core system Syrius and take on coordination tasks with IT
• In this hub function, you ensure first-level support for specialist and system queries
• In a small dynamic team, you develop training concepts, design workflows, create documentation, evaluations, manuals, and letter templates for the daily allowance department
• You share responsibility for the training of our employees in the daily allowance service centre
• You handle cross-departmental coordination tasks in a varied environment and have the opportunity to contribute to interesting projects

Your Profile

• You enjoy working independently and gladly take on responsibility
• Taking on this versatile and demanding role requires several years of professional experience in insurance (personal/social insurance), strong teamwork skills, and proficient IT knowledge
• You think in networks and quickly see the connections
• You have an understanding of the requirements of modern communication technology and possess impeccable and confident German language skills
• Experience in project work is a great advantage
