• Participation in judgment consultations in various areas of administrative law (spatial planning, social assistance and school law, state liability claims, norm control, etc.)
• Drafting of judgment proposals

What you bring:

• Lawyer's licence
• Broad professional experience in general administrative and administrative procedural law
• Social competence and ability to work in a team
• Time flexibility (approx. 10% workload)
• Voting rights in the canton of Aargau and an impeccable reputation as well as willingness to undergo the evaluation procedure by the Grand Council's Justice Commission

The work is carried out in the Administrative Court department of the Higher Court.

The election is made by the Grand Council on the proposal of the Justice Commission.
