The Clinic for Forensic Psychiatry (KFP) consists of the Expert Opinion Office, the Centre for Forensic Psychiatry inpatient (ZFPS) and the Centre for Forensic Psychiatry outpatient (ZFPA). The Expert Opinion Office produces numerous expert reports annually for official clients. The ZFPS includes six wards with a total of 74 beds, where mentally ill offenders are treated within the framework of court-ordered therapeutic measures (Art. 59 StGB) and crisis interventions are carried out for patients from correctional and remand prisons. The ZFPA operates a forensic outpatient clinic and offers a prison psychiatric consultation and liaison service.

Profile

• You have a commercial education and experience in healthcare
• You already have leadership experience
• You possess advanced IT skills (MS Office, personnel deployment planning e.g. Polypoint PEP, electronic documentation in healthcare e.g. ORBIS)
• You are an independent working personality with high social competence and good communication skills
• You think in a networked way and can set priorities well

Tasks

• You lead the KFP secretariat team with 4 employees professionally and personally
• You ensure an efficient secretariat operation in the clinic
• Together with your team, you support the KFP in various organisational and administrative matters
• You ensure the timely completion of reports and expert opinions and work in day-to-day business
• You maintain contact with internal and external stakeholders
