What to expect

In this role, you are responsible for supporting general agencies in the pension sector. This particularly concerns the general agencies in Northwestern Switzerland, the Central Plateau and Central Switzerland. Travel activity is therefore around 40%.

What you achieve with us

The focus of this position lies in enabling and supporting our field organisation in matters of pension provision for private individuals and SMEs.

You train new insurance advisors in central courses and offer further training in the general agencies. With your experience and expertise, you support the pension specialists and pension planners of the general agencies in fulfilling their tasks and provide them with platforms for exchanging experiences and further development.

In complex pension cases, you also participate in customer discussions.

What you bring with you

• Completed professional certificate in insurance or financial planning or equivalent
• Several years of experience in selling pension solutions as well as in adult education
• Experience in coaching and developing employees and sales partners
• Knowledge regarding consulting or managing an SME is a plus
• A sense of innovation and the ability to motivate people
• Outgoing, compromising as well as goal- and solution-oriented personality
• High degree of independence and commitment
• Advanced MS Office skills including Copilot
• Native Swiss German speaker, French is a plus
