Medical Practice Assistant EFZ 80 – 100%
Your tasks – our position
- You organise and coordinate our consultations and ensure a smooth consultation process.
- You competently and empathetically care for our patients
- You assist during consultations as needed and support the doctors
- You carry out diagnostic and therapeutic measures according to medical instructions
- You coordinate appointments, examinations, and administrative processes
- You manage medications and consumables and ensure optimal availability
- You actively contribute to further developing our standardised processes and ensuring the high quality of our patient care
Your skills – our requirements
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
- Experience in everyday practice and enjoyment in taking responsibility
- A warm, empathetic, and service-oriented personality
- Enjoyment in accompanying people over a longer period on their journey
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- High quality standards and a sense of responsibility
- Team spirit, flexibility, and willingness to find solutions together
- Very good German or French skills in spoken and written form as well as good knowledge of the other language
