Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and digitally fluent Social Media & Digital Communications Coordinator to help execute and grow our digital communications strategy across multiple platforms.
This is a junior position for a candidate with prior professional experience in social media marketing, digital communications, or content management. The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in contemporary art, communications, and visual storytelling, is comfortable working across multiple digital platforms, and is eager to contribute to a dynamic, entrepreneurial company operating at the intersection of art and finance.
Working closely with senior management, the successful candidate will help implement our social media strategy, maintain a consistent digital presence, repurpose marketing content across multiple channels, monitor audience engagement, and support the execution of our broader marketing and communications initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. They should be confident using today's digital tools, possess excellent written communication skills, and have a strong eye for design, branding, typography, and visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities
-Execute the social media marketing strategy across all platforms.
Schedule and publish content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant social media channels.
-Repurpose existing marketing content into platform-specific posts.
-Repost company newsletters, press releases, exhibition announcements, interviews, and company updates across social media channels.
-Assist with creating captions, hashtags, and calls to action.
-Coordinate and maintain social media content calendars and publishing schedules.
-Monitor audience engagement and respond appropriately when required.
-Track analytics and prepare monthly performance reports.
-Maintain consistency of the brand identity and visual standards across all digital platforms.
-Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external marketing partners as needed.
-Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices.
-Support marketing campaigns surrounding exhibitions, artist launches, publications, events, and special projects.
-Assist in implementing and maintaining the marketing funnel and digital communications workflow.
Qualifications
-Prior experience in social media marketing, digital communications, and content management.
-Fluency in both English (at least C1) and French (written and spoken) is required.
-Excellent written communication skills.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Genuine interest in contemporary art, communications, and visual storytelling.
-Digitally fluent with a strong understanding of today's social media platforms and digital communication tools.
