Founded in Lausanne in 1843, the Asile des aveugles Foundation includes the Jules-Gonin Ophthalmic Hospital, a university ophthalmology service, a research centre, the Educational Centre for Visually Impaired Pupils (CPHV), social services, rehabilitation and low vision, and the Clair-Soleil medico-social establishment.

More than 650 employees mobilise every day in the service of visual health to offer diagnostic, treatment and support services to people with visual impairments.

To complete our team, we are looking for a

Community Health and Care Assistant

Your mission

• Ensure the resident's well-being through daily life activities and propose care offer adaptations based on your analysis.
• Be involved in the social and recreational support of the resident.
• Perform delegated medical acts.

Your assets

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a community health and care assistant
• Proficiency in spoken and written French
• Proficiency with common IT tools
• Interest in working in geriatrics and/or experience in this field
• Knowledge of and/or training in the Humanitude® philosophy is a real asset
• Ability to provide personalised basic care
• Strong sense of interdisciplinarity and multidisciplinarity
• Capacity for reflection and analysis
• Respect for and appreciation of teamwork
