Client Representative (m/f/d)

You are looking for a new challenge as a client representative where you can apply your skills and experience. In this role, you take responsibility for the implementation of construction projects and represent the interests of the client. You are responsible for the coordination and management of construction measures and ensure efficient and high-quality execution. As a senior, you bring your many years of experience and expertise to the role and act as a contact person for all parties involved. You are an important part of the project’s success and contribute to achieving the goals.
Responsibilities:
- You take on the client representation and overall responsibility for demanding new build, conversion and renovation projects
- In this role, you independently manage construction projects in terms of costs, quality, deadlines and sustainability
- As client representative, you are responsible for implementing the strategic, economic and qualitative project objectives
- You lead and coordinate external planners, general and main contractors as well as other specialists
- You prepare tenders, conduct award procedures and draw up contracts for work
- You are responsible for several smaller and medium-sized construction projects running in parallel and accompany the warranty and defect rectification phase
Qualifications:
- You have a university degree in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable qualification – ideally complemented by further education in real estate management
- You have at least five years of professional experience in a comparable role
- You bring solid experience in residential construction and ideally in industrial and commercial construction across all planning and implementation phases
- You drive projects forward with energy, clarity and decisiveness – even in demanding situations
- You work in a structured and analytical manner, while also being pragmatic and solution-oriented
- You communicate very well and appropriately in German; English skills are an advantage
