About the job
Do you keep buildings and technical facilities in good condition and enjoy passing on your skills? For our client, we are looking for an experienced professional who helps shape maintenance operations and supports three apprentices on their path to vocational qualification.
- You independently carry out maintenance and cleaning work.
- You organise waste disposal, internal moves, and other tasks of the building services.
- You accompany and support three apprentices in maintenance at EFZ and EBA levels.
- You plan their assignments and design suitable practical learning tasks.
- You participate in the selection of new apprentices.
- You take on driving duties with the staff bus as needed.
- You bring experience in maintenance and in supporting apprentices.
- Further training as a caretaker with a federal diploma is an advantage.
- You organise work reliably and convey your knowledge to young people clearly and patiently.
- You work independently and use common IT applications confidently.
- You communicate very well in German, both orally and in writing.
- You hold a category B driving licence; you already have or wish to obtain category D1.
- You are open to assignments within a time frame from 05:00 to 22:00.
- You receive at least five weeks of holiday.
- You take responsibility for building operations and the development of apprentices.
- Internal and external training supports your development.

Profile
- You have completed training as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ with a focus on building services.- You bring experience in maintenance and in supporting apprentices.
