- the organisation of admissions, transfers, and discharges
- the administrative management of the ward's daily routine
- supporting the nursing team in daily tasks
- the management of materials and medications
- the role as a central contact point for doctors, nursing staff, and other departments
- telephone and written correspondence
- assisting with inductions and training quality
You bring with you
- a completed vocational training as a Health Specialist with a federal certificate of competence
- professional experience in an acute hospital
- a structured and independent working style
- team spirit and strong communication skills
- calmness even in hectic situations
- good IT skills
