For our partner company, an established mechanical engineering firm from the Schwyz region, we are looking for an independent and motivated

Polymechanic Milling (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Independent setup and operation of CNC milling machines (3-axis and 5-axis) for single parts and small series.
• Creating and optimising CNC programmes directly at the machine (Heidenhain) as well as using CAM system (Mastercam).
• Precise machining of workpieces, ideally also without using a vice.
• Conducting independent quality checks including measurements and complete documentation of results.

Your Profile

• Completed training / apprenticeship suitable for the job profile
• Setting up and operating our CNC milling machines (3-axis and 5-axis)
• Programming at the machine (Heidenhain) and with CAM system (Mastercam)
• Experienced in machining workpieces
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Reliable, quality-conscious, motivated and long-term oriented
