Mandated by one of our clients, we are seeking:

Drywall Installer M/F

Your profile:

• Federal VET diploma as plasterer, dry construction builder, or equivalent recognised training in Switzerland (or foreign qualification with recognition or validation procedure underway according to cantonal requirements).
• Proven experience on construction sites in Switzerland or equivalent context, with mastery of local construction standards and compliance with applicable collective agreements.
• Valid residence permit and right to work in Switzerland (or Swiss / EFTA-EU citizenship), in accordance with federal labour legislation and residence authorisations.
• Compliance with Swiss regulations regarding safety, occupational health, and environmental protection on site.

Your mission:

• Carry out plastering and dry construction work (light partitions, suspended ceilings, linings, technical ducts, etc.) according to plans and execution directives.
• Assemble, adjust and fix metal structures and frameworks for plasterboard (systems such as Rigips, Fermacell or equivalents), respecting manufacturers’ instructions and applicable SIA standards.
• Install, cut and adjust plasterboards, insulating panels and prefabricated elements, ensure joints, coatings and finishes (sanding, corrections, preparation before painting or coverings).
• Implement thermal and acoustic insulation systems, as well as fire protection according to Swiss and cantonal regulatory requirements (AEAI fire protection).
• Read and interpret plans, diagrams and technical documents, check measurements, levels and squareness, and report any inconsistencies or technical problems to the site manager.
• Strictly observe safety, health protection and accident prevention rules (SUVA), use appropriate PPE and ensure good workplace maintenance.
