As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you are responsible for the stable, secure and efficient operation of the modern IT landscape. You maintain and further develop Microsoft and cloud technologies, optimise existing systems and support various departments with technical challenges and strategic IT initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Maintenance, operation and further development of the IT infrastructure with Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Windows Server and Endpoint Management
Ensuring reliable and secure IT operations for development, production, logistics, sales and administration
Participation and responsibility in IT projects, rollouts, migrations and technical optimisations
Analysis, prioritisation and sustainable resolution of complex faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
Collaboration with internal departments, international locations and external IT partners
Qualifications:
Completed training or further education in computer science with several years of experience as an IT system engineer
Very good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure
Experience with network, firewall, VPN, WLAN, backup, monitoring and endpoint management
Knowledge of IT security, MFA, conditional access, permission management and system hardening
Independent and structured working style with a strong solution orientation as well as very good German and English skills
