Your Tasks

• You bring in the perspective of those affected, conduct individual consultations with patients and team members, and are the contact person for recovery topics
• You actively contribute to the further development of the role of the recovery supporter
• You are part of a motivated interprofessional treatment team with humour and heart
• You actively participate in regular specialist group meetings with other recovery supporters
• Together with the interprofessional treatment team, you contribute to stabilising and enhancing the quality of life of the patients
• Working day: Thursday

Your Profile

• You hold an EX-IN Recovery Supporter certificate
• You are willing to talk about your own crisis and recovery experience
• You can actively listen and advocate for the patients
• You are motivated to successfully integrate recovery support work into the crisis intervention offer
• You enjoy co-leading the fortnightly recovery group and prepare it independently
• Alternately, you support a nursing professional in the forest bathing offer
