We offer you the position of:
Technical Manager Industry French-speaking Switzerland Region (M/F)
You will be entrusted with varied tasks:
Troubleshooting and sale of service contracts
- Customer advice
- On-call service
- Support and assistance to technicians in the technical field of routine business
- Identify and define the training needs of technicians with the zone manager and organise the training of employees on site
- Participation in the on-call service and its organisation
- Handle and resolve technical problems and introduce measures in close collaboration with regional technical support
- Support the zone manager in handling complaints
- Initiate refurbishments and the sale of service performances
We expect from you:
- The desire to embody our entrepreneurial spirit values
- The motivation to manage our French-speaking Switzerland team
- Technical experience in the HVAC field (ARPEA, combustion specialist certificate) of at least 10 years (essential)
- Customer orientation and your taste for negotiation
- A sense of responsibility and autonomy
