What is my role?

You lead your team with passion and foresight! As a project manager, you take overall responsibility for exciting electrical planning projects and contribute your expertise:

• Leadership and motivation of your team

• Development of overall concepts for larger projects

• Organisation and monitoring of project processing

• Financial responsibility for all orders in your team

• Acquisition and maintenance of existing customer contacts

• Preparation of rough cost estimates for new construction projects

• Deployment planning and qualification of all team members

• Conducting periodic team meetings

• Support of your employees in all planning areas

• Monitoring of planning deadlines and coordination of absences

• Membership in professional associations and construction industry committees

• Periodic determination of the fee overview for management

• Implementation of rationalisation measures in project processing

What do I need to be successful?

You bring the perfect foundation:

• Completed vocational training in the electrical field

• Several years of experience in electrical planning

• Proven experience as a project or team leader in a planning company

• Graduation from technical colleges

• Further training in recognised specialised courses

• Good user knowledge of Word and Excel

• Proficiency in German language, spoken and written

• Extensive experience in the holistic building services engineering sector

• Ability to lead a team with several groups

• Professional competence in enforcing planning solutions

• Good judgement of complex project processes

• Experience as a meeting leader with clients and architects

• Negotiation skills and confident appearance

• Pleasant, likeable and well-groomed appearance

• Experience in participation in overall and project management committees as well as working groups
