Operational Nurse Manager, Weekend Coordinator and Field Practitioner 60-80%

Support team for the CMS of APROMAD (Echallens, Prilly South, Prilly North, Oron, Cully, Pully, Le Mont and Epalinges)
YOUR MISSIONS
Operational Nurse Manager
- Receive, clarify, and direct requests for home help and/or care.
- Organise the assessment and initial interventions for new situations in collaboration with the practitioners and those responsible for planning.
- Receive, analyse, process or direct clinical transmissions sent by field collaborators.
- Ensure the quality of information related to services and guarantee clinical care.
Weekend Nurse Coordinator
- Welcome temporary staff and respond to their possible questions. Provide them with the necessary equipment and collect it at the end of the day.
- Receive absence notifications from collaborators and organise their replacement in the field.
- Respond to client requests from the CTM or field practitioners.
- Report situations requiring it to the management on call.
Field Nurse
- Provide nursing and basic care at the home of persons with physical, psychological dependency or disability.
- Support the multidisciplinary CMS team in managing client situations.
- Integrate health promotion and prevention concepts into practice.
- Independently cover evening shifts from 5pm to 10pm.
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor of Science HES-SO in Nursing or equivalent qualification (Red Cross recognition for foreign diplomas)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- Flexibility in working hours
- Good adaptability to change
- Ability to work independently and handle complex situations
- Good knowledge of common IT tools
- Availability at least 1 weekend per month
- Driving licence
